Our go to steak marinade for buffalo water steaks! Leave this marinade on your meat for up to 4 hours to ensure a tender and juicy steak.
Ingredients
- 4 Water Buffalo Steaks
- 2 Tablespoons oil (we suggest avocado oil)
- 2 Tablespoons soya sauce
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons steak spice (Montreal steak spice or Keg steak spice) If you don’t have that then add coarse ground salt and pepper and fresh ground garlic to your marinade.
Instructions
Marinade your steaks for up to 4 hours before cooking. Cook until the internal temperature of buffalo meat is between 135° F (rare) to 145° F (medium rare) to 165° F (medium).
