Where/When Can I Pickup My Order?
Orders can be picked up at:
1603 Yankee Flats Rd
Salmon Arm, BC V1E 3J4
When you place an order via our online store, you'll be asked to specify a pickup time. Please contact us if you need to change this time.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! Orders placed Monday at midnight before a delivery date will arrive at your door on Thursday.
- Delivery is available on orders of $150 or more.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is currently available for the following communities:
SALMON ARM: This includes, Salmon Arm and Canoe.
SOUTH OF SALMON ARM: These areas include, Armstrong, Vernon, Lake, Country, and Kelowna.
Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Langley/Fort Langley, Aldergrove, Surrey, White Rock, Cloverdale, Delta, Ladner, Tsawassen, Mission, Maple Ridge, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Burnaby, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Belcarra

Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
Your order will be shipped in a freezer truck, and packed in a freezer bag that will stay cold when they are dropped on your step. Ultimately someone should be there to receive it when it is delivered, so if it works better to deliver it to a work place or apartment. Our delivery company texts you 10 minutes ahead and then again on arrival. They will leave it at your door step if you are not home when they arrives.
Between what times of day can I expect delivery?
We will send an e-mail out prior to the delivery date with a more specific time frame.
What happens if I am not home?
Your order will be left at your doorstep.
You will receive a text message prior to your delivery and another message once your order has been delivered.
Will items be delivered fresh or frozen?
Meat will be delivered frozen.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our boxes are recyclable.
Can you deliver to my work? School? Etc.
Absolutely, as long as the delivery address is within range. Be sure to leave any special delivery instructions, including a buzzer code or business name.
What if I live in an apartment building?
If your shipping address has a controlled entrance, it is your responsibility to provide a buzzer code for entry, and/or inform your concierge of the delivery. If for whatever reason, the driver can't gain access to complete the delivery, you will receive a notice and your package will be held for pickup. If your shipping address has a controlled entrance that isn't easily accessible for delivery/ if you know that you have had trouble receiving packages in the past, please feel free to ship the package to your workplace, school, gym, or even a friend or relative's house!
