If you are looking to add Lamb to your freezer we have a limited number of Family Farm raised 100% grass fed lamb available.
We raise Dorper and American Blackbelly Sheep. These sheep are hair sheep and their meat is very mild, as the strong flavour in lamb comes from the lanolin found in wool sheep.
The cost is $10/lb hanging weight
Our only ever grass fed lambs will be between 40-50lbs hanging weight (yields approx 30-40 lbs of lamb cuts)
Each Whole Lamb contains
4 Lamb Leg Roasts (approx 10 lbs total)
2 Shoulder Roasts (approx 4-5 lbs total)
2 Lamb Shanks (approx 2-3 lbs total)
4-5 packages of Lamb Chops (approx 4-5 lbs total)
4-5 lbs Lamb Stew/Kebab Meat
4 lbs Ground Lamb
