Water Buffalo Rib Eye Steaks

Boneless BC Water Buffalo Rib Eye Steaks.

Raised in Salmon Arm, British Columbia our water Buffalo is 100% grass fed and finished, and free from antibiotics and hormones.

Our lean and tender steaks are sold 2 steak per package. 

We love to use the reverse sear to cook our steaks. We marinate them, and then bake them with the marinade in the oven for 30 minutes at 225F for a nice medium rare. Once cooked we reverse sear on a hot bbq to add that barbequed flavour.
